What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of your receipt of the artwork by notifying us by either sending an email to email@example.com or call +31 (0)643596234 and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the artwork.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. In cases of exchanging purchases for other pieces of artworks the customer will be charged additional shipping costs. We encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. Be sure to hold on to the original packaging materials.
The customer must return the artwork according to the given address. For clarification the artwork must be returned as it was received, without any damage of any kind. If you discover any damage caused to the artwork, email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will explain how to proceed.
In cases where an order has been placed for something that is currently out of stock, the site and/or artist is allowed to cancel the order or offer any equally priced artwork.
