Sexy Art Gallery allows you to purchase through the site artworks created by artists that work in different mediums. The shopping experience is done in a convenient, fast and easy way at attractive prices from the finest working-artists from around the globe.

For every artwork offered for sale on the site, there is its own webpage that has on it all the needed information such as the title, dimensions, details and price. All this information is according to the details given to Sexy Art Gallery by the artist selling the specific artwork.

In order to make a purchase first you must choose the artwork you would like to buy. Following that a few basic information points about yourself must be entered into the site, such as: name, billing & shipping addresses and e-mail address. Then the user can be authorized to "Make an Order". So that the order can be processed quickly and with no problems, please make sure that all your information is correct. It is important to state that signing up to Sexy Art Gallery is viewed as an authorization for making purchases, being included in the Sexy Art Gallery client list and thus receiving direct mail from Sexy Art Gallery. Immediately after you have made an order, Sexy Art Gallery will contact you via email to proceed with the order and with the payment request (payment is possible in dollars or euros with all credit cards, through PayPal or by bank transfer), the shipping & handling fee will be added to the payment request.

It will be clarified and emphasized; that an e-mail confirmation is not evidence of a purchase made, and does not obligate Sexy Art Gallery or the artist to any kind of action.

In cases where the purchase is not authorized by the credit card company, the client will receive an appropriate notification. In order for the purchase to be complete the client must make contact with the Sexy Art Gallery customer service, in order to arrange the credit card company's authorization for the purchase. It will be clarified and emphasized; any purchase will be completed only after the client has given his/her credit card information. In which case, the estimated shipping time will be calculated only after the date of the credit card company's authorization. If the client has not acted to correct all payment arrangements within 7 days from the day they received refusal from the credit card company, the artist and/or Sexy Art Gallery will have the right to cancel the purchase/order.

The artists will showcase on the site details such as background information, creative process, artwork's details and prices. It will be clarified and emphasized; the artwork's shipping cost will be set on an individual basis according to the shipment's destination, the artwork's weight and dimensions at the shipping company's discretion. The purchasing client herby authorizes Sexy Art Gallery to charge him/her for all shipping costs, via his/her credit card (or other means of payment such as paypal, money order etc.), before the item has been shipped. Estimated time arrival of the purchase is as according to the shipping company.

Supplying and shipping artworks

The Sexy Art Gallery website will take care of supplying and shipping the artwork purchased by you via the site to the address given by you at the time of the purchase. Sexy Art Gallery will act to supply you with your purchase according to the high standards set by us.

Sexy Art Gallery commits to supply you only with artworks paid for in full by you, the client, via a credit card (or other means of payment such as paypal, money order etc.) as detailed here:

1. The Sexy Art Gallery will not be responsible for any delay or detainment in the supply or lack of supply as a result of Force Major and/or event that can not be controlled by the site.

2. The Terms of Use of any company/carrier, through which the Sexy Art Gallery supplies and ships the artwork, will be held up for any purchase supplied/shipped via the site.

3. Estimated shipping time as found on the site is calculated only by business-days.

4. Shipping costs will be paid at the time of the artwork's shipment. Cost will be set according to an individual basis set by the shipment's destination, as well as the artwork's weight and dimensions, the price will be set at the shipping company's discretion.

5. In the case of a request to exchange, return or cancel a purchase after the item has been shipped, the client making any of these requests will be held accountable that he/she will return the purchase in its original packaging, complete and whole without any damages at the cost of the client.

6. In cases where after the artwork has been purchased, it has turned out to be Out of Stock, the site and/or the artist is allowed to cancel the purchase or offer a different artwork of equal monetary worth. In cases where the purchased is canceled the site and/or the artist will not be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, caused to the client.

Additional terms

The showcased artists are not employees of Sexy Art Gallery. The artists are solely responsible towards the clients, and any damage that may be caused by any action or oversight by the artist and/or his/her employees and/or his/her representatives that come in contact with the creation and/or supply the artwork/purchase.

In case an error has occurred with the artwork, the site and/or the artists will not be held responsible. The artworks' photographs shown on the site are for illustration purposes alone, and there may be differences between the pictures shown on the site and the artworks actually sold. Any information presented on the site in regards to the artists and the artworks, their characteristics and qualities are supplied to Sexy Art Gallery by the artist, and are the sole responsibility if the artist.
